competent candidates to fill the following positions:
Job
Title: 1: Doctor of Medicine (2 Posts)
Qualification
and Experience: Degree in Medicine with two years’ experience in medical field
Duties
and Responsibilities:
×
Examine,
diagnose and treat patients
×
Admitting
patients requiring special care
×
Liaising
with other medical staff in the hospital to ensure quality treatment
×
Monitoring
and general care to hospital wards and in outpatient clinics
×
Carrying
out specific procedures e.g. performing operations (minor and major)
×
Keep
up-to-date with medical developments, new drugs, treatments and medications.
×
Filling
and writing various MOH Reports e.g. MTUHA etc
×
Any
other relevant task as assigned
Job
Title: 2: Clinical Officer (4 Post)
Qualification
and Experience: Diploma in Clinical Medicine or any other related field with no
less) than two (2) years’ experience
Duties
and Responsibilities:
Responds
to health/medical problems presented by patients
To
provide medical-care to patients according to medical ethics and procedures
To
compile monthly report and requirements for drugs and medical equipments supply
To
work with other departments in order to ensure there is, a healthy supportive
environment
To
be responsible for the referral of any patient to other health
centres/hospitals
Provide
and maintain up-to-date inventory of all dispensary facilities
Any
other duty as may be assigned

Title: 3: Assistant Medical Officer ( 2 Posts)
Qualification
and Experience: Advance Diploma in Clinical Medicine and must be registered
with Medical Council of Tanzania
Duties
and Responsibilities:

Prescribing
treatment and Medication
×
Undertaking
Patient Consultations and Physical examinations
×
Monitoring
and administering Medication and injections
×
Filing
Medical records and insurance forms
×
Recording
vital signs and medical histories
×
Arranging
for hospital admissions
×
Explaining
Treatment procedure to patients
×
To
check, diagnose and provide treatment
×
Admitting
patients requiring Special care, followed by investigation and treatment
Job
Title: 4: Radiographer (2 Posts)
Qualification
and Experience: Degree in diagnostic Radiography and mustbe registered with
Health Care Professionals Council'
Duties
and Responsibilities:
Preparing
and safely positioning patient’s ln order to get the most accurate images.
Producing
and interpreting high quality images of the body to identify and diagnose injury and/or disease.
Consulting
with other Medical Staff to identify and diagnose diseases, conditions and the
nature of injuries.
Take
the patient Medical history, explain the upcoming procedure and answer any
questions that the patient might have.
Produces
medical care and assist with emergency patient treatment as a member of,
healthcare team. Minor maintenance of equipment, cleaning of the equipment and
reporting of any equipment malfunctions.
Assessing
patient and their clinical requirements to determine appropriate radiographic
techniques

Job Title Anesthetist Nurse (1 )
Qualification
and Experience: Certificate in Anesthesia
Duties
and responsibilities
×
Assess
patient health and responsively to anesthesia
×
The
provision of sedation and anesthesia for patients undergo various procedures,
example of this includes different endoscopic procedures Interventional
radiology and dental surgery.
×
The
resuscitation and stabilization of patients in the emergency department
×
Support
trauma stabilization procedures during and after procedures,
×
Intensive
care medicine
×
Pre
hospital emergency care
×
Pain
medicine including:
-
The relief of post-operative pain
-
Chronic pain management
×
Any
other relevant task as assigned.
